How Cool is This? Confidence. Trust. Focus. Attitude. Stress relief. Yoga is quickly becoming one of the most popular — and beneficial — activities for kids. Our kids’ classes are specifically paced to match each child’s abilities, and packed with important skills and lessons they can take outside the studio. They have a blast, and they can learn and grow in ways that might surprise you.

APY Kids & APY Teens are designed based upon the belief that HOW we teach is just as important as WHAT we teach. The classes are structured using yoga philosophy and principles as well as the best practices of instruction and education for children and young adults.

Classes are divided into the following age groups: 6-9, 10-12, 13-16.
