Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi or athlete, you'll find a class or workshop at APY that will complement your abilities -- and satisfy your quest for new challenges. In fact, most APY classes are "open" -- meaning each pose can be modified based on your individual comfort and confidence level. Here's what you can expect:
